New T-Shirt Fulfillment Process (Beginning Winter 2023 Season)

In an attempt to help our staff provide the best possible experience for all of our players via expedited schedules, rosters, and Week 1 league launches, Milwaukee Sports and Social is announcing a new team T-Shirt fulfillment process beginning with our Winter 2023 season.

Beginning Winter 2023, Milwaukee Sports and Social will no longer fulfill shirts on a per-player basis. Instead, teams larger than 4 players will be provided with shirt bundles spanning all sizes between Small to 2XL.

Using over 2 years of player data, we will be providing each team with a varying number of shirts per team.

For example, a 10-person Volleyball team will receive the following shirts in Winter 2023:

• 2 Small
• 5 Medium
• 5 Large
• 4 XL
• 2 2XL

When players arrive at the gym/field, they will be asked by our staff to sign a waiver. Upon signing the waiver, they may choose from the remaining shirts for their team.

NOTE: We strongly encourage players to arrive early in Week 1 to assure they get the shirt size they desire!

Through this new fulfillment process, we are allowing players to pick up their shirt until Week 3. At the conclusion of Week 3, all shirts will be sent back to our HQ!

Leagues that require smaller teams (4 or less players, such as Pickleball, Tennis, Bowling, etc.) will still be asked to provide their specific shirt size for our Winter 2023 season. However, beginning in 2024, we may expand our policy to cover some or all of these sports. In addition, each season we will analyze which shirts were selected by players and make seasonal adjustments to the provided shirts in each league.

We truly believe that nearly every player will still receive a desired shirt size through the generous bundles of shirts we will be offering each team.

3XL Shirts:
Players in need of a 3XL shirt will be asked to request a size 3XL shirt while providing their player information. However, due to increased costs in recent months from our vendors pertaining to size 3XL shirts, individuals who request a size 3XL will be asked to pay an additional fee in order for our team to provide this shirt size. Please Note: In some cases, if the individual requesting a size 3XL registers late, we may not be able to guarantee the size 3XL. In this situation the additional 3XL fee will be refunded.
