Refund Policy

LEAGUE REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY:

Once a league is labeled as "SOLD OUT", all registrations become non-refundable.

Once a league is slated to begin in 14 days or less, all registrations become non-refundable, regardless if the league is labeled "SOLD OUT."

League registrations are only refundable in the event a league does not fill (not enough players sign up for a given sport/date/time combination), players will be offered either a full refund or the ability to switch to a different league (same or different sport) that has open roster spots. Players will be notified prior to the scheduled league start date.

We do not refund players for games/weeks they cannot play in due to their personal schedule conflicting with game times. We also do not refund players if their team is unable to field the minimum required number of players in a given week.

All games dates and potential times are stated on each league's page when the league becomes available for registration so that players may plan their schedules and commitments accordingly.

Lastly, we do not refund players who miss games due to injury, regardless if the injury is sustained during a league game or outside of the league.

Full Team Refunds: We do not issue individual refunds when a player drops out of a team that registered as a full team. In this scenario, a player who wishes to leave a full team registration must speak with the individual who collected their money to sort out their financial situation internally. We will not get involved or mediate. 

CHANGE OF LOCATION REFUND POLICY:

While incredibly rare, in the event a league's location needs to be moved after it goes on sale to a location that is 5 or more miles away from the original location, all players who registered prior to the location change will be offered a small window in which they can request a refund. By not responding to the email in the provided window, the customer is accepting to play at the new location.

EVENT TICKET REFUND POLICY:

All event tickets are non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, the ticket holder may only transfer the ownership of the ticket to another individual up to 48 hours prior to the event's start date by contacting us and sharing the new ticket holder's full name and email address. In some cases, we may require additional details of the new ticket holder.

TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY:

Once a tournament is labeled as "SOLD OUT", all registrations become non-refundable.

Once a tournament is slated to begin in 14 days or less, all registrations become non-refundable, regardless if the tournament is labeled "SOLD OUT."

The ticket holder may only transfer the ownership of the ticket to another individual up to 48 hours prior to the tournament's start date by contacting us and sharing the new ticket holder's full name and email address. In some cases, we may require additional details of the new ticket holder.
