League Description:

We are hosting an Indoor league on Thursday nights at Mother of Perpetual Help Parish for those who want to get their Badminton fix all winter!

This league is designed for recreational play! This means that if you have never played before (or you haven't played since high school), you will fit right in! This league is designed for all skill levels!

Each night, we will set-up 3 nets so that players can socialize and have an awesome time! This league will max out at 24 teams!

NOTE: THIS LEAGUE WILL FEATURE PERMANENT LINES THAT ARE ON THE GYM FLOOR

LEAGUE INFORMATION:

Each week, you will play 3 sets of Badminton. The opening two sets will be played first to 21 with a 23 point cap. The third set will be played first to 15 with a 17 point cap!
The league will function as a Co-Ed doubles league. Because this is a recreational social league, we are allowing teams to consist of 2 females, 2 males, or 1 male/1 female combination.
This league is designed for fun, recreational play for all skill levels! This is NOT a competitive Pickleball league!
Milwaukee Sports and Social will provide all Badminton racquets, shuttlecocks and nets. However, players are welcome to bring their own racquets.
Absolutely NO BOOTS will be allowed on the court! Only Gym Shoes are permitted!
Teams may consist of any mix of genders. 2 players per team. Teams may have a sub player fill in for all weeks except playoff night.
NOTE: Given the nature of this sport, all players in this league are required to have a substitute player available and ready to step in for any games they expect to miss!
Game Dates:
11/5, 11/12, 11/19, THANKSGIVING BYE WEEK ON 11/26, 12/3, 12/10, 12/17
All games will be played on Thursday Nights between 6-10pm! Your team's finalized schedule with specific game times will be provided via email 1 week prior to the league beginning.
When you register, you will receive a survey asking you to share various pieces of information about yourself. We will use these details to pair you with the locals who we think you will be a great fit with on and off the court!
A staff member will be present each night to help track weekly scoring.
This is a self-officiated league with no referees.

This is an adult league. No minors are permitted.

Location: Mother of Perpetual Help Parish
2322 S 106th St, West Allis, WI 53227
If this league sells out, the two teams who finish at the bottom of the standings will not make the playoffs. Instead, they will receive a $10 Milwaukee Sports and Social Voucher good towards a future Individual or Partial Team sign up!

If you want to play, act fast! There is only space for 24 teams!
