Due to rising costs from our vendors, Milwaukee Sports and Social is now requiring all 3XL shirts to be special ordered. All league registrants will be provided with a generous bundle of shirts ranging between Small and 2XL to choose from. In turn, if you would like to have a 3XL special ordered, you must use this form and pay a $5.00 fee.
NOTE: If an individual registers and pays for their 3XL late (close to the start date of the league), Milwaukee Sports and Social may not be able to accompany the special order. If this happens, this fee will be refunded.
