Our last Pickleball Tournament was a huge success, so we decided to add Pickleball to our 2023 Spooktacular lineup!

However, this time around, we are changing the format and adding a fun Halloween twist: Players will play in Halloween costumes!

This tournament will be Co-Ed! This means each team may consist of any mix of males or females. PLUS: We are adding the ability to register solo and be paired with another player!

To keep up with the demand, we are adding Friday Night space to the Play-In Round, which will increase the number of teams in the tournament!

Day 1 & 2: Friday, October 6 | 6:00PM - 10:00PM AND Saturday, October 7 | 9:00AM - 6:30PM- 32-Team Pool Style Play-In Round:

8 Pools of 4 Teams will compete in a 3-match round robin format with the winner advancing to the Day 3 Tournament on Sunday, October 8th!

2 Teams who do not win their pools will still make the Day 3 Tournament via Wild Card seeds, if they are the 9th and 10th overall highest scoring/winning teams between Day 1 and 2!

All matches int the Pool Play-In Rounds will consist of 2 games played first to 11. Tie-Breakers will be determined by Points For with Points Against serving as the secondary tie-breaker.

NOTE: When registering, teams will be given the option to choose their preferred time slot:

Friday:

Evening: 6:00PM-10:00PM

Saturday:

Morning: 9:00AM-Noon

Mid-Day: Noon-3:30PM

Afternoon: 3:30PM-6:30PM

Day 2: Sunday, October 8 | 9:00AM - 5:30PM - 10-Team Double Elimination Tournament:

Teams will be seeded based on their overall record and Points For/Points Against from the Play-In Rounds.

The tournament will be double elimination:
ALL STANDARD ROUNDS: 2 games of first to 11. If needed, a third game will be played
CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND: 2 games of first to 15. A third game of first to 15 will be played, if needed.

A losers bracket will run in tandem with the tournament. The winning team from the losers bracket will make it to the Championship match!

Points For and Points Against will be tracked per each game. Points For will be the tie-breaker, if needed. Points Against will be the backup tie-breaker in the event Points For is tied.

For Seeding: In the event two teams have the same record, the same Points For and the same Points Against, we will flip a coin the morning of the Day 3 tournament with both teams in-person to decide the higher seed placement. If the coin flip is required to determine Wild Card teams, the flip will occur live on our Instagram page the night prior. Game times for Day 3 will not be provided until the late evening of October 7 to all teams via email.

NOTE: All Day 3 Teams must consist of the same 2 players from the Play-In Rounds. No subs/alternates are allowed in Day 3!

Grand Prize: Two (2) Tickets to an Upcoming Milwaukee Bucks Game! Exact game to be announced prior to the tournament's start date.

Second Place team will win a spooky cauldron filled to the brim with PBR!
