About This League:

Until now, 16-Inch Softball was only a Chicago thing. We're changing that. We are bringing this simplified version of the game to Milwaukee this Spring!

16-Inch Softball is a much easier style of Softball to play, requiring far less skill on defense. Defense is less stressful, making the game even more social! In fact, men aren't allowed to wear gloves. Only the ladies can wear gloves in this style of play!

Think you can mash? You need legit power to send this big ball into the outfield!

Once you go 16-Inch, you will never go back to 12-Inch!

WHAT MAKES 16-INCH SOFTBALL AWESOME:

The ball is MUCH easier to field, making defense easier for all skill levels!
Men are not allowed to wear gloves! Only the ladies can wear gloves in this style of the game!
Because the ball is softer, the ball stays in the air longer, making it SO MUCH easier to chase down in the outfield!
The rules are the same as standard 12-Inch Softball. The ball is just A LOT bigger (and softer), making defense fun for everyone and every skill level!

All Registrations Include:

7 Games Guaranteed! 6 Regular Season Games + Single Elimination Playoffs!
Dates of Games: 5/1, 5/8, 5/15, 5/22, 6/5, 6/12, 6/19 - BYE Week on Memorial Day (5/29).

Specialty Nights: Back by popular demand! This league will feature Specialty Nights designed to help you socialize with your teammates and get to know players on the opposing team!

All bats and balls provided by Milwaukee Sports and Social!
All games to be played on Monday Nights with game times running between 6:00pm-10:00pm. Your finalized team schedule will be sent a week before league play begins!
An umpire will be present at every game to enforce rules and oversee the scoring of the game.

*If we sell out this league, only the top 6 of 8 teams will make the playoffs. The bottom 2 teams will be given the opportunity to play a scrimmage game on a different night and/or at a different field or accept a Milwaukee Sports and Social Voucher in exchange for their final game.
